Challenges
Tight deadline: Meeting the tight deadline for the Commonwealth Games posed a formidable challenge for our team. With limited time, we must streamline our efforts, logistics, and work tirelessly.
Co-ordination: Coordinating the assembly of over 800 transport coaches and bringing together all relevant parties to large event sites presented a complex logistical challenge.
Solution: Overcoming these challenges requires flexible system designs, efficient coordination among stakeholders, and streamlined procurement.
